๐ General Conduct:-
- Absolute Silence: Maintaining perfect order and silence is mandatory in library premises.
- Food or Drinks: Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
- Attendance & Identity: Students must often mark their attendance and carry a valid Identity Card to enter or use services.
๐ Borrowing & Returns:-
- Borrowing Limit: Students typically borrow 1 book at a time for class 4 to 8 and from 9 onwards can borrow 2 books at a time for a period of 7 to 15 days.
- Non-Issuable Items: Reference books, magazines, and periodicals are for library use only and cannot be taken home.
- Renewal: Books may be reissued if there is no pending demand from other students.
- Clearance: A "No Dues Certificate" is required at the end of the academic session or before leaving the school.
Fines & Damages:-
- Late Fees: Fines for overdue books are ₹1 per day.
- Loss or Damage: If a book is damaged or lost, the student must either replace the book or pay its double cost plus a processing fee.
๐ Prohibited Items:-
- Personal Belongings: Bags, personal books, water bottles and pens are not allowed inside.
- Gadgets: Mobile phones and unauthorized photography are strictly Prohibited in library.
